FAQ

Common questions we already answered, so you don’t have to ask them.

What is it like to work with CLEO?

Fun, efficient, and professional. Our high-quality design, space planning, and layout expertise will exceed your expectations. We sell directly to you and quotes are generally 30-40% below a normal retailer. CLEO also has a 5-year warranty.

Do you provide design help?

Yes – Our full layout design is a $200 flat fee, which is fully applied to your cabinet order. All we require is an accurate dimensioned floor plan, showing the room with cabinets and the adjacent rooms (including photos). We will discuss your vision and then provide you with a proposed layout. What makes us stand out from the rest is our passion for serving you. Our willingness to work with you through the process to improve and make edits is part of our mission, no matter how much time it takes.

We can also recommend and partner with local interior designers.

How long does your process take?

Typically, the design process takes about 1 week or so with the initial plan and revisions. Once you place an order, our average lead time is 6 weeks. Note: custom sizing does not affect lead times.

How is CLEO more durable than others?

Our products are heavy-duty, commercial-grade. From 150lb drawer slides to full 5/8” backs. We use laminate and veneer finishes, 9 ply Baltic Birch drawers, and high-quality hardware.

How does delivery work?

Local delivery is available within a 100-mile radius from our factory. $50/hour + $2/mile. For all other orders, shipping will be calculated based on location.

How does the installation work?

We give you a choice whether you would like CLEO to install or your carpenter. We typically charge around 18% of the cabinet cost. Most jobs average about 2 labor hours per cabinet. A typical kitchen of 10 cabinets would take 20 working hours (2 people), about a day and a half.

How long is my quote good for?

Your quote is good for 30 days.
